Most Program Hosts are assigned a Unit within 90–120 days after training, depending on therapist background clearance and school readiness.

Once your assigned Unit becomes active on campus, it typically takes a full academic year (10 months) to reach full earning potential. Compensation begins as soon as services are rendered by your unit and you’ll receive monthly payouts as revenue builds.

Not at all. This is a remote, part-time oversight role and makes for an ideal supplemental income opportunity. Most Program Hosts maintain their existing positions or private practice while overseeing documentation for school-based therapists.

You review and approve clinical documentation submitted by the therapists in your Unit to ensure it meets Medicaid standards. You are not responsible for recruiting, training, or billing — SBHSN handles that.

SBHSN provides live, real-person support via text and phone, Monday through Friday. You’ll also receive weekly data reports and have access to on-demand training resources through our HostUnv learning platform.
